Your body needs refreshment from oxygenated air generated by grass, trees, plants and flowers. Spend time outside, as near to Mother Nature’s cradle as possible. Open your curtains and windows to refresh your home as well.
Fresh air can make such a difference to one’s mood. At this time of year it can be easy to stay inside a lot and over time we begin to feel stale and lethargic. Some fresh air this week will help to enliven your spirits, even if you just go for a walk around the block on your lunch break.
This week, find time to get outdoors and breathe some fresh air – even if it’s raining!
2. Perfect Timing
Now is the perfect moment for you to act on your inspirations. The doors are open, while you walk through them with us by your side. Don’t delay or procrastinate, as all of the ingredients are ripe for your success. Everything and everyone is on your side, supporting your positive outcome.
We can often feel like our timing is off, as if things are not going according to plan. It is important to remember that just because it’s our plan, that doesn’t mean it is the plan of the universe! Actually, everything is working with perfect timing – even when what happens is not to our taste or preference. What happens this week will have perfect timing and hopefully you will be able to see that.
This week, notice and appreciate how perfect the timing of the universe is. It is all like a perfect dance where each of us has a part to play.
3. Creative Project
Your soul longs to express itself in creative ways. We’re guiding you to infuse artistry and creativity into your life. Creative expression makes you feel alive and excited and reignites passion toward your life.
Many of us think we are not creative at all. Perhaps we didn’t do well in art lessons at school, so now we consider ourselves to be “no good” at it. The truth is that creativity is all about expressing yourself – and not about how other people judge your work. It doesn’t matter if your poems don’t rhyme or your painting brings a whole new meaning to the word “abstract.” The important part is the bit where you actually let your mind go and create.
This week, look at different forms of creative expression. Could you draw pictures, write poems, dance to music? Remember that it doesn’t have to look good – it just has to feel good.
Quiet your mind, Beloved one, and listen to our gentle reassurance that everything has been taken care of. Stay in a quiet and receptive state, without worrying about the exact nature of your desire’s manifestation. A quiet mind and body hears us quickly and clearly. This is our request to you: Listen.
Listening means quieting down the voice of the mind, which often chatters on so loudly that we cannot hear the important things. you don’t need to meditate to do this; you could find other ways to quiet your mind where you get into that “flow” state and can effortlessly stay in the present moment. When the mind stops chattering, we can hear what our angels and guides and our intuition have been trying to tell us.
This week, notice how often that internal monologue in your head just chatters on. Focus on your breathing or the feeling of the air on your cheeks. Anything that allows you to bring your focus away from what your mind is talking about, and into the present moment. Over time this will become easier, and your mind will begin to quiet so that you can listen.
