Welcome to this week’s card reading, which is using the Work Your Light deck of oracle cards.

Here’s how this works: take a deep breath and calm your thoughts. If you have a specific question, hold it in your mind as you look at the image below, and choose the card or cards you feel most drawn to. Once you’ve chosen your card, scroll down to take a look at your reading.

Next week’s reading could be with a different deck of cards. Keep an eye out on Facebook for a poll as to which one I should use.

Don’t forget to please leave a comment either here or on Facebook (or you can send me a private message if you prefer) to let me know how you get on. I really appreciate your feedback as it helps me to know not only that you’ve read the post, but also that you have found it useful and want me to continue with these readings.

Personalised card readings for November

Before we get onto the reading, I wanted to remind you that you can get a personalised, 7-card reading for just £10 (special introductory offer) until midnight on Monday 5th November.

To request your reading, go to my Paypal and send £10. Use the note section to let me know if you prefer a particular deck for your reading, or if you would like your reading sent to a different email address than your Paypal account.

I’m working on getting a proper shop set up on the site, so hopefully you will be able to order through there soon!

Here are this week’s cards:

1. Trust the Niggle

What is the niggling feeling tring to tell you?

Many of us spend entire lifetimes doing our best to ignore that annoying, niggling feeling. We can push it right down and pretend it’s not there, and even be quite successful at that for a while – but ultimately, until you turn and face the niggle, and deal with the problem it points to, it will never go away. Better then to let it out into the open, to deal with it, and to move on, niggle free.
This week, spend some time in silence and allow yourself to face what you have been avoiding.

2. Birthing a New Age

Birthing new creations. Dreaming a new world into being.

Right now the world is in a transition period between ages – and we are all in the process of allowing old ways of being to fall away as we discover and embrace new ones. This is happening on a personal and a global scale. This can often be very scary and we tend to get a feeling of “better the devil you know” – we don’t want to embrace the new, but the new is coming anyway so we have no choice in the long run. You don’t need to see the landing place, to leap towards your future. Trust that as you take each step the path will appear before you.
This week, think about the ways in which you are moving forward in life, and take steps in that direction.

3. The Initiation

Rite of passage. You’re going somewhere sacred

Your life may seem troubling lately but this is because you are going through a process of initiation where you are moving from one paradigm to the next. It needs to be difficult because it is through this pain that we crack open and can move to much better places. As you can see in the image on the card, there is a bright new life waiting for you on the other side of this struggle.
This week, meditate on surrendering to your path. Resolve not to fight it, but to accept it and work through it until you reach the other side.

4. Akasha

Your guidance is divinely guided.

Akasha is the library of souls in the fifth dimension. It houses a record of every soul and every incarnation. Whilst we all have free will in our lives, certain points in our lives have already been decided or agreed upon before we are born – we may have agreed to have a certain relationship or job, or to fight for a particular cause. This card has come up for you because right now in your life you are in one of those situations. If you have been waiting for a sign to go ahead with a life change or project, this is it. You are divinely guided; if you have doubts, spend some time meditating and allow your inner voice to show you the way.
This week, take that next step you have been putting off. It is time!
