weigh-in-33Hello!

Goal for last week

Last week’s goal was to get over my cold… irritatingly, I’m not quite there yet – but I am feeling a lot better!

Goal for this week

This week’s goal is to get back on track with the exercise. Simple!

Exercise

This week I haven’t done as much exercise as I would have liked, but there have been two valid reasons for that. Firstly, this cold is still hanging around and the workouts I did manage were interspersed with nose-blowing breaks. By the end of the week though, I was managing to perk up a bit so hopefully I’ll begin to fare better.

Food/Drink

This week I’ve still been doing the intermitent fasting. It works well for me but I do need to work harder on making sure I have something sensible to eat when I do start eating! What it boils down to is that basically I’m lazy so when I do start eating it’s something I can just fling in my mouth or into the oven quickly. The irritating thing is I have a fridge full of salad – I’m just too lazy to put it in a bowl.

Weight & Measurements

Weight 160.8 – same as last week
Bust: 36″ Same as last week
R Arm: 12″ Same as last week
L Arm: 12″ Same as last week
Waist: 34″ Same as last week
Hips: 38″ Same as last week
R Thigh: 21″. Same as last week
L Thigh: 21″. Same as last week

So… everything is the same as last week! That’s actually a good thing; definitely better than going up! Considering I’ve not exercised much or eaten well, I’m taking this as a definite bonus. Fingers crossed this is now the tail end of this ridiculous cold, and I can get back to exercising properly.

Well done! It sounds like you’re doing really well. I think considering you’ve had a cold and not done as much as usual, you’ve done well to stay the same x

Maintenance is really important – it’s probably unrealistic to expect a measurable loss every week because at some point your body will ‘plateau’. Feel better soon! #BloggingToJogging

I do the same with salad, as if it’s actually hard to chuck it in a bowl but it feels like it sometimes! Hope you’re feeling better now xx
