Welcome to this week’s card reading, which is using the Daily Guidance From Your Angels deck of oracle cards.

Here’s how this works: take a deep breath and calm your thoughts. If you have a specific question, hold it in your mind as you look at the image below, and choose the card or cards you feel most drawn to. Once you’ve chosen your card, scroll down to take a look at your reading.

Next week’s reading could be with a different deck of cards. Keep an eye out on Facebook for a poll as to which one I should use.

Don’t forget to please leave a comment either here or on Facebook (or you can send me a private message if you prefer) to let me know how you get on. I really appreciate your feedback as it helps me to know not only that you’ve read the post, but also that you have found it useful and want me to continue with these readings.

Here are this week’s cards:

1. Law of Attraction

Each thought is an investment that pays immediate dividends, so invest wisely. You have the power to choose your thoughts and align them with love, peace and harmony. At your request, we will gladly attune your energies to higher frequencies.

This card is here to remind you that the Law of Attraction is working, whether you are aware of it or not; whether you are using it or not. We attract that which is similar to our vibration so if you are down in the dumps and feeling miserable about things, you will attract only more of this. Whatever you are worrying about, try to remove the worry by imagining your situation resolved in the best possible way. Really work on feeling that happiness and relief as if it has already happened. This will help you to attract that which you want.
This week, spend time actively imagining the outcome you prefer, and focusing on feeling good.

2. Family

This situation is rooted in an emotional experience with a family member, which we can help you to understand and heal. In your mind and heart, surround this person, yourself and the experience with calming blue light and many angels. Be open to the gifts within the situation and allow yourself to feel peace.

There is something troubling you surrounding a family issue, and it is important to remember that we can never change how other people think or act – only how we respond to them. The best response is always love, and reminding ourselves that everything any of us does is just because we want to feel a bit better. Often we make bad choices because the only way we know to make ourselves feel better is to make someone else feel worse, or to do something without caring for others’ feelings. Reminding yourself of this when others upset you can help you to approach the situation with compassion and love.
This week, try to respond only with love and compassion, whatever is thrown at you. Remember that your response is the only thing you can control.

3. Ask

Ask us to help you in this situation, and we will immediately go to work on your behalf. We’re governed y many universal laws, and among them is the free will that allows you to make your own choices and decisions. So we patiently await your request.

We often find it hard to ask for help because doing so can mean admitting vulnerability and that we can’t do everything on our own. Often though people are ready and waiting to help us, and allowing them to help gives them an opportunity to feel good about themselves. If you don’t feel that you can ask an individual person for help, try putting out a general request on social media, or even just asking the angels or the universe for some assistance.
This week, try to ask someone, somewhere for help – even with something small. Put a message out into the universe that you would like some help with what you’re working on.

4. Assertiveness

This situation can be healed gently and with love, as you’ve rewuested, yet there’s also a need for your strength and truthfulness with the other people involved. We will stand right behind you as you speak your truth, giving you strength and guiding your words.

It can feel scary to be assertive, and many of us shy away from any situation where we may need to stand and speak our truth. By doing this though we do ourselves a great disservice. We can’t live a happy and fulfilled life if we are not assertive from time to time, and it is much more healthy to be assertive and tell people your wants and needs, than to behave in a passive aggressive or manipulative manner. If being assertive makes you anxious, start off small. Find ways to make your voice heard among close friends and family, or if you find it easier, among strangers in the queue at the supermarket!
This week, look for ways to speak your truth and make your voice heard. This doesn’t have to be something massive, but it should be something that makes you a little nervous. When we take steps like this our comfort zone grows, and we grow with it.
