  • I am grateful for a good night’s sleep
  • I am grateful for time to complete my workout
  • I am grateful for meditation
  • I am grateful for my life and my health


  • I got up at 5:30 and did a workout even though today is technically a rest day
  • I went to bed at a reasonable time
  • Yesterday’s to do list was almost completed


  • Schedule emails today
  • Schedule blog posts today
  • complete accounting tasks for client
  • increase monthly income by 5%
