Gratitude

  • I am grateful that I managed to get up at 5:30 and complete my workout and meditation without interruption.
  • I am grateful that today is Monday and the start of a brand new week filled with possibility
  • I am grateful to be fit and healthy
  • I am grateful to have S asleep upstairs
  • I am grateful to have this flat
  • I am grateful for my friends and family

Accomplishments

  • I have begun working on my book
  • I have launched the Sugar Free September plan and scheduled emails
  • I have set up my new site and am keeping the blog updated regularly
  • I have completed 5 weeks of PiYo
  • I am on top of my workload and working to get ahead

Plans/Goals

  • To complete my book

  • To pitch to new companies and increase my output
  • To produce training materials
