This week was fairly disorganised, though I did manage to fit in an Ocado delivery so that there was sensible food in the house! Going to Brit Mums Live means my eating has been a little patchy over the last couple of days, but I’ve done a lot of walking!
Goal for last week
My goal for last week was to get more fruit and vege into my diet. I did manage this, but fairly minimally. I think I managed it more with S than myself to be honest! I bought loads of veggies and fruit and did eat more than the previous few weeks… just!
Goal for this week
This week I am super busy, with lots of deadlines and a trip to London as well. My goal is really just not to fall into a pit of chocolate and drown if I’m honest!
This week I actually did a lot of walking. I walked to the big out of town Waitrose twice, as well as trawling around town more than usual. On Friday I went to London and my Google Maps broke so I spent more time than strictly necessary wandering up and down the road looking for my hotel, before checking in and walking straight back to join Brit Mums Live. After the BiBs of course there was a walk to Wagamammas for food, and then another longer-than-necessary walk to my hotel. On Saturday there was more walking, followed by dragging my case and goodie bag around the Underground stations and home. I have biceps like Popeye right now!
I’ve eaten more sugar this week than I would have liked. With the warm weather it’s just tempting to eat ice cream and lollipops all the time. On Friday with the trip to Brit Mums being over lunch time, I ended up eating rubbish.

R&L Calf: 14.5″/14.5″ Same as last week
Hmm. At this point I feel like I’m doing that thing where the same pound and the same couple of inches are just going on and off, on and off. I need to get serious about cutting out the sugar and doing this properly!
