Reasons to be Cheerful 2015-02-26
I’ve been feeling weirdly optimistic lately, which is nice. I’ve had a few really positive meetings, and managed to get a fair bit of work done despite being fairly busy. Always a bonus when that happens!
#SomethingFun –This week I’ve really enjoyed making the effort to do something fun with S every day, as part of our #SomethingFun project for Lent. I think it’s having a really positive effect on my mood, and our relationship.
Confidence Training – I’m doing a presentation to our new networking group this evening. It will be the first time I’ve done anything even vaguely like that since GCSE English. A lovely friend gave me some confidence training, and as you read this, I am practising the talk.
The Secret – I’ve been watching The Secret a lot lately, and it’s helping me to feel more positive about life in general. This week’s podcast is about it, and I really want to spread the word far and wide about it!
