As you may or may not know, I am a TalkTalk ambassador and have been lucky enough to sample their services for the last few months.

TalkTalk have this great thing where you can add a Boost to your TV package for a month, and pay a one-off fee. There’s an Entertainment Boost, Entertainment Extra Boost and Kids Boost, as well as Music Boost, Sky Movies, Sky Sports and World TV Boosts – something for everyone!

Being a parent, I’m most interested in the Kids Boost at the moment – and it’s half price until 8th October, meaning it’s only £2.50 a month for two months! The great thing about this is that you can have the boost one month, then cancel it the next – and so on, and so forth. Ideal for school holidays, Christmas, or for older couples having the grandchildren to visit. I think this is a great idea. For S and I, it’s a nice little treat for us to have a couple of different channels to watch, with different shows etc.

The Kids Boost features 16 channels:

This is great if you just fancy a change from the usual channels, or a special treat. Because it’s on offer, you do have to sign up to two months to get the £2.50 deal – but then you’re just paying £5 for two months of extra channels.

Now that S stays for tea two nights a week at nursery, she’s often pooped when she comes home and we have a lot more cuddling on the couch than other days. It’s nice to have different channels to sample for that cuddle time; for me as much as for her!

Note: in return for being a Talk Talk ambassador, I receive Talk Talk services free of charge for a limited period. However, all words and opinions are my own.
