I have a real thing about shoes. I don’t necessarily like to own lots of shoes, and I’m not one of those people who likes to have a certain style in every available colour. Rather, I am someone who struggles to find a pair of shoes that fits comfortably, can be worn for the school run, and looks good too. In my endless search for that perfect pair of shoes, I’ve bought a lot of not-quite-perfect ones!

Heels are something I gave up on a long time ago; I’m all about the flats now!  I’ve been looking around the flat shoes at Simply Be; here are my top 5:

Sole Diva Chunky Loafers

I just have this thing about silver shoes, okay? These are just so… shiny!

Apparently loafers are very trendy this season, and at £28 you can’t really go wrong with these babies!

Sole Dive Pointed Loafer

How cute are these! They come in a range of colours, but I love how bright and vibrant this pink is.

These are the sort of shoe you can wear with jeans, or a dress for a more glam look. And only £15! Love it.

Heavenly Soles Glitter Sandals

I love the style of these sandals as it’s just so simple. But also… glitter! They come in either gold or silver and cost £25. Perfect for holidays… or, you know, wandering to the shop.

Crocs Mule Sandals

pink crocs mulesDon’t judge me… I love Crocs! Not the clogs; their other designs are actually brilliant. They’re really comfortable, and I love the bright colours they come in.

These are perfect for a day at the beach, and also for pottering about in the garden at home. £25.

Heavenly Soles Beaded Sandals

heavenly soles turquoise sandalsI love these ones because they have a zip fastening at the back, so you don’t have to mess around with the buckles!

They’re a great colour too, brilliant for adding a little pop to a black maxi dress or trousers. At £35 they’re the most expensive of my choices, but still a really good price for what you get.
