Last week’s podcast was all about The Secret and the Law of Attraction, and this week I’m following up on that with a few more thoughts.

This week I’m setting you a challenge, to find at least one positive thing about each person you encounter. Can you do it? I’d love to hear how you get on!

I’d also love to hear of anyone else’s experiences with the Law of Attraction. How has it worked for you?

Great podcast.
It’s one that is really well needed for me at the moment. I am writing down 3 positives about myself a day at the moment. And also writing three things that I have done that’s a positive. Doesn’t matter how big or small it’s something that I have done on the past to stabilise myself when I’m rocky. I know when you’re low it’s easy yo see negatives in everything. Yourself is a difficult thing enough to battle. But to do it for others is such a key point. With certain aspects of me I am quick to jump to negatives in positive situations especially if I’m in a low mindset. It’s that self fulfilling prophecy thing of being negative and pushing away people to prove that initial negative that you thought of yourself. I don’t believe in karma but I do believe in “we reap what we sow” and you make a very valid point to be careful about putting such negativity out there! Once I am more stable with my positives I will definitely be trying to do it with others around me. And the sooner the better.
Thanks for linking up with us on the #bigfatlinky it’s not only a very good podcast to share and hear for others but one personally that I needed to also hear. Thank you x

Great Intro :) I loved what you had to say. i used to think people that were always positive were being fake. I had to train my brain to understand that you could disagree with someone without being negative. As you said, practice makes perfect.

Lovely picture of you with your beautiful child. Focusing on the positives about ourselves and others is a wonderful practice. I took the challenge and I did find something positive about everybody I met. What we focus on it grows is a Law of Attraction teaching
